Luxury Boot camp for Healthy and Sustainable Weight Loss

Akamas Health Farm and Spa offers its visitors ultimate Luxury One and Two week Boot camp, with our fantastic Spa Team, chefs & coaches by your side, becoming a fitter healthier you couldn`t be easier.

 

Join our Fitness Boot Camp and build lean muscles, boost your metabolism and burn fat in our inspirational environment combined with pampering in our luxurious Spa.

 

 

The full package* includes:

ü Two personalized treatments per day targeting your specific needs

ü A variety of group/individual physical activities

 

On enrolment you will go through a consultation which aims to identify your personal needs and, to take measurements such as weight, lean and fat mass, etc. You will have a talk with Lisa our Coach to find out more about your personal goals.

 

A typical day in our fitness Boot Camp will look like below:

 

• You will be ready for a 45-60 minutes intense Nordic walk at the surrounding areas at 9am

• You will come back around 10am to enjoy a tasty breakfast. A variety of healthy choices are available at our restaurant

• At 11:30 you will attend a 20 min of body conditioning exercises

• You can now enjoy a juicy lunch around 12:15

• Allow yourself at least an hours rest before we continue then you can relax in the infrared sauna and burn up to 300 calories in 30 minutes

• At 16:00 you can play either tennis/volleyball or have a workout in the gym.

• At 17:00 you can finish the training day with one of our slimming treatments in the spa or attend Aqua Class (Mondays and Thursdays only)
